Certified Humane® Restaurants
The following restaurants are certified for one or more products. In order for the restaurant to use the Certified Humane® logo in conjunction with these certified products, the restaurant must undergo an annual audit to ensure that the certified products they advertise as Certified Humane® can be identified throughout their handling, cooking and serving process. Once they have passed inspection, these restaurants are awarded a certificate of certification and may use the certification mark to identify the Certified Humane® products they serve. They must reapply to the program and be reinspected on an annual basis. |

Recognized RestaurantsThe following restaurants are part of our “Restaurant Recognition Program.” In order to be a “Recognized Restaurant” you have to serve at least one product that is Certified Humane Raised and Handled®. Sometimes in some areas, there isn’t more than one available, but with your help that is changing. The chefs are committed to purchasing Certified Humane® products when they are available. These restaurants get a certificate for their restaurant but can’t use the logo to make claims that everything in the restaurant is certified. |
